For All Things Stamp Set by Stampin’ Up!

For All Things Autumn-Winter Stampin' Up!

Soon enough the leaves on the trees will start to change colour as we move into Autumn, but when does Autumn actually start? Night and day are roughly equal length around the 21st September, so I declare that this is the day we can start putting Autumnal leaves on our cards. The ‘For all Things‘ stamp set is just perfect for this and can be found on page 41 of the Autumn-Winter Catalogue. (If you would like a free copy of this catalogue please get in touch)

The set consists of eight stamps, five of which are images and three are sentiments. I have sometimes been found guilty of over looking a stamp set because of the words in a set, BUT, this set is different. For example, here in the UK I very much doubt we would say ‘hello FALL!’, but what’s to stop us using the ‘hello‘ on it’s own? Today I’ve selected a greeting from the ‘And many many more!’ stamp set, the majority of these greetings will fit into the banner below.

‘For All Things’ also has some coordinating products, found on pages 40-41. There’s Colour Me Autumn Designer Washi Tape and Colour Me Autumn Designer Series Paper. I’ve chosen the striped washi tape in Crushed Curry to run across the bottom of the card. The colour palette for today’s card is, Tangerine Tango, Sahara Sand, Early Espresso, Crushed Curry. I couldn’t resist adding a cute little acorn from the Autumn Wooden Elements, with some Bakers Twine in Basic Black looped round and tied. To finish I colour some Basic Pearls with the medium Daffodil Delight Blendibilites Marker and dotted them about to finish.

I’ll leave you with this brilliant photo of Oscar taking a walk out in the leaves. It was a couple of years ago now, so he would have only been a puppy. I love how his tan colourings blend into the colour of the leaves.
