How to shop for Stampin’ Up! product.
There are various ways to order Stampin’ Up! products, there are 3 options detailed below. You can shop as an individual, or as part of a group. You do not need to have been to a Stampin’ Up! event or hosted a party to order. Be sure to read the Stampin’ Rewards page to see if your order qualifies for free Stampin’ Up! product!
Shopping Option 1 – Online (UK Residents only)
The quickest, most convenient way to shop is by using my Online Shop. You have access to the shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also browse the Clearance Rack and order My Digital Studio Downloads. All orders are sent directly to the postal address you specify, that can be your home, work or an alternative address. Once the order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email from Stampin’ Up! In a couple of days you will receive a tracking email from myself telling you order has been dispatched.

Shopping Option 2 – By phone (UK, France, Germany, Austria, Holland residents only)
If you’d prefer to call with your order or you have questions about your order I’m available from 10 AM – 8 PM, 7 days a week. If I do not answer your call, please leave a message with your name and contact number and I will call you back. Once the order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email, then another when your order has been dispatched.
Payment methods – Visa, MasterCard, Pay Pal (+4% of order total). I can also accept cash (For local customers only)

Shopping Option 3 – By Email (UK, France, Germany, Austria, Holland residents only)
- Send your order in an email to [email protected] OR complete my contact form.
- On receipt of your email, I shall reply with a PayPal invoice, which will include postage.
- 4% of your order total will be added onto your invoice. This is to cover the fees PayPal charge for using their card payment system. (eg. An order total of £20.00 will have a 4% charge of £0.80 added to the final total.)
- Once the Pay Pal invoice has been paid, I will proceed to place your order.
- You’ll receive an email confirming your order.
- When your order has been dispatched from the Stampin’ Up! warehouse, you’ll receive another email advising you of your UPS parcel tracking number.
Payment methods – Pay Pal (+4% of order total). I can also accept Visa or MasterCard but you will need to call with your card details.

- Can you tell me how much postage is? – Postage is £4.95. This is a flat postage rate no matter how much you order.
- How long will it take for my order to arrive? – Orders are usually dispatched in 2-3 working days. You should receive your order within 5-7 working days.
- Which courier service do I need to look out for on the day of delivery? – UPS for UK residents, DHL for Europe.
- Do I need to hold a party to order Stampin’ Up! product? – Holding a party is not necessary to order, but if you’d like to hold a party you can contact me here.
- Do I need to be a Stampin’ Up! Independent Demonstrator to order Stampin’ Up! product? – No, you can order as a customer or as part of a group to earn the Stampin’ Rewards.
